Enter a stellar identifier resolvable by SIMBAD, for example a common name, Bayer/Flamsteed designation, Gliese name, or Gaia-compatible alias. The tool fetches astrometry and broadband photometry from Gaia DR3, 2MASS, and AllWISE, then reports coordinates, kinematics, and empirical stellar parameters.
The stellar-parameter part of the tool is intended for main-sequence stars only. M dwarfs use the dedicated empirical relations already implemented here; AFGK dwarfs use Gaia DR3 stellar parameters when available, otherwise an empirical dwarf-sequence fallback. If the target is a white dwarf, giant, subgiant, or another non-main-sequence object, the page will warn you and will not compute derived stellar quantities.
The spectral energy distribution and Hertzsprung–Russell diagram position relative to the solar-neighbourhood sample (<20 pc) are displayed below when enough photometry is available.
